Nine days of tastings with 137 Brunello wineries and over 300 different wine labels. Tomorrow begins Benvenuto Brunello, the preview of the presentation of the new vintages – Brunello 2018, Riserva 2017, Rosso di Montalcino 2021, Moscadello and Sant’Antimo – by the Brunello Consortium, which this year becomes cosmopolitan, with an edition on November 17th at the same time in London, Los Angeles, New York and Toronto. The first two days, tomorrow and Saturday, are dedicated to around 100 Italian and international journalists, as well as 11 Masters of Wine. In the following days sommeliers, sector operators and wine lovers will taste the new wines. Saturday afternoon at the Astrusi Theater, the winners of the Leccio d’Oro Award and the Giulio Gambelli Award and the celebratory tile of 2022 vintage will be unveiled. This will be followed by the gala dinner (by invitation), created this year by the Michelin-starred chef Valeria Piccini. All information on www.benvenubrunello.com.
