The Michelin-starred chef Valeria Piccini will create the Benvenuto Brunello gala dinner, the flagship event of the Brunello Consortium which sees the preview presentation of the new vintages of Montalcino wines. Chef of the Da Caino restaurant in Montemerano (two Michelin stars), Piccini will study a menu down to the smallest detail, using typical products of Tuscany and the territory of Montalcino, such as the white truffle of San Giovanni d’Asso or Brunello, in combination with new vintages wines. The exclusive event, by invitation only, will be held on 12th November in the evocative Renaissance cloisters of Sant’Agostino, in the historic center of Montalcino
