Red Montalcino aims to unveil the identity of Rosso di Montalcino, launching a new path for this Sangiovese and exploring its great potential, while at the same time reinventing the territory of Montalcino in a contemporary light and granting access to a younger audience.

The menu is inspired by Food for Soul and the worldwide movement of Refettori aimed at supporting social well-being, the reduction of waste and a sustainable food system. In honor of the organization's commitment to social and environmental responsibility, we have curated a selection of dishes to celebrate the cultural heritage of food and enhance the versatility of Rosso di Montalcino.
Food for Soul is the non-profit cultural organization founded by Chef Massimo Bottura and his wife Lara Gilmore that promotes socially responsible actions for the health of our planet and for the well-being of people.
