Querce Bettina represents an ideal, a journey that, through our passion and acquired knowledge, aims to offer a product as unique and exclusive as the nature of its terroir. Vineyards immersed in a pristine forest at 450 meters above sea level, with rich, clay-loam soils, interspersed with olive groves and fruit trees—a concept similar to agroforestry—protect the Sangiovese we cultivate and promote with projects like Biopass and certified organic farming.
We maintain the same philosophy in the winery, parceling out and vinifying not only individual vineyards but also parts of them separately, enhancing the finest grapes in integral micro-vinifications in barriques.
Focused on the present, we look to the future with new projects to develop to further highlight our commitment.
